Let's start:
What is Framer?

Framer is a no-code tool that is revolutionizing the web design & development industry.

By mixing the best of both worlds, Framer allows users to design and develop full functional and beautiful websites without writing a single line of code.

Similar to Figma, Framer offers a easy to use interface that makes the process of creating websites a smooth and enjoyable experience. I remember the first time I opened Framer. I automatically become attached to this web builder software because of the ease that is designing a website.

If you are a designer, creator or developer, Framer is a tool you must add to your toolkit. With Framer you can acquire a high-income skill by providing web design and development services to clients or use it for your creative projects.

Framer is a no brainer!

How do I start with Framer?

Getting started with Framer is easy as it gets:

  1. Go to Framer

  2. Click on the ''Sign up'' button

  3. Create your Framer account

After creating your account, a fresh canvas appears on your screen. It's time to start playing with this amazing design tool.

How do I learn Framer?

One of the things I like about Framer is how easy you can start playing and creating things on the canvas. Framer offers a free canvas interface. This means you can drag and drop elements, scroll around the screen and have complete freedom in your workspace, just like Figma.

Just like any other tool, Framer requires some practice and knowledge about web design and how to build a website. If you already have some design experience, using Framer will be a good experience.

What if I am starting Framer from scratch? No problem. Learning Framer is accessible to everyone.

To start learning Framer, there are some steps I would recommend, some of them I did myself when I started my web design career.

Steps to learn Framer:

  1. Watch video tutorials

  2. Take a Framer course

  3. Learn from other designers

  4. Read content about Framer

  5. Practice while you learn

  6. Find websites you like and re-design them

  7. Create your own projects

If you do this consistently for 3/4 months, you will become a Framer designer in no time and start building amazing websites.

Framer combines the world of design and development. In this post I shared why I love this tool and why I recommend it to everyone that wants to become better at web design and learn a new tool.
